How to start a return

• Email info@getlibertycoin.com with your order number.
• We reply with return instructions and the return address.
• Send the coin back in its original presentation case where possible.

Refunds

Once your return arrives we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Damaged or missing orders

Every order ships insured. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will replace the item or refund you in full.
